About Us...

Lynne Clough
Following completion of a BA degree Lynne undertook post graduate research in education and and later gained a Diploma in Training Management. She has worked as Consultant for the last 10 years after spending many years working in senior management positions in the voluntary and work-based training sectors as well as former Training and Enterprise Councils.  She is a member of the LSC's E2E Advisory Group and an approved consultant for DfES, LSC and LSDA.  She has worked with a wide range of clients over the years and is a recognised author of good practice publications for the work-based learning sector.



Richard Sharples
Richard holds a BSc in Sports Science, a PGCE, an MSC in Human Factors and NVQ level 4 in Management.  He has worked as a Consultant for the last five years having previously worked in FE and as part of the Millennium experience.  He is an approved consultant for the DfES and LSDA and an ALI Associate Inspector.  He has worked for a wide range of clients in the public and private sectors and is a recognised author of materials for the post-16 sector
